Cross Training

Cross Training ImagePerformed in a group of up to 10 people and guided by a certified personal trainer, our cross training classes are designed to challenge you at the highest safe intensity possible. They will allow you to lose fat, increase muscle tone, gain strength, and improve endurance and mobility.


The Vita Fitness cross training instructors guide you through the fundamentals each and every class, no matter your skill or experience level. This is to make sure you know the elements of the basic movements used in the programming so you can participate in a safe and effective workout and get to know the wonderful people in the Vita Fitness community.



Some of the movements we will coach you in include:


  • Squats (back, front and overhead)
  • Push ups
  • Pull Ups
  • Rowing
  • Deadlift
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Presses (Shoulder, Push Press, Push Jerk)
  • Cleans (Medicine Ball, Kettlebell, Barbell)
  • Ring Row
  • Ring or Bar Dip


The variety of classic, full body movements are used in the programming because they are effective in delivering full body workouts in very short time frames. We design workouts to get the most out of your time, every time you walk through the door.
